Preschool teacher and assistant positions New Prospect Baptist Church Preschool 2503 Whitehall Road, Anderson, SC 29625

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime
• Monitor and document children’s progress, behavior, and development
• Collaborate with parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety of children

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children in a daycare, nannying, or babysitting setting
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of caregiving techniques, including feeding, diapering, and comforting children We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
