The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and education, with experience in childcare, literacy education, and working with diverse student populations. Duties

• Assist in implementing educational programs under the supervision of a lead teacher
• Support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) and specialized learning needs
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with various educational tasks
• Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist in classroom management and behavior support strategies
• Help students develop social skills and independence
• Support students with autism, deaf education, or other special needs as required Qualifications
• Previous experience in middle or high school education preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
