Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, including academic support and behavior management Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons and skills Help create a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students with varying needs Support students during transitions and assist with any physical needs Document and report on student progress and behavior as needed Collaborate with school staff and administration to meet student needs
