BurnsGeneralFunction:

Plan, implement, facilitate, and supervise activities andprograms. Promote safety of members, quality of programs, andappearance of the Club at all times. Program Specialist/Aid Subswill only report to work when needed to sites in their selectedregion.

Knowledge, skills, and abilitiesAbility to deal effectivelywith staff, youth, parents, local community leaders, schools andchurchesDemonstrate good written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of youth development.

BI-LINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Must be comfortableperforming multi-faceted projects in conjunction with day-to-dayactivities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities whileat all times displaying tact, maturity and flexibility. Physicalrequirements include sight, hearing, standing for up to four hoursper day, and ability to implement programs. Skills essential forsuccess include speaking, writing and knowledge of thecomputer.

Environment & Working Conditions:

After school/Recreationalsettings that include being in/out doors. Occasional weekend andevening work to support organization’s fundraising events andactivities.
