SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
1. Have 60 College Credit Hours (TRANSCRIPTS
ARE REQUIRED, UNOFFICIAL ACCEPTED
) or 2. Have completed two years (60 semester hours) of college coursework from an accredited institution, or 3. Have passed a state-approved examination of content knowledge and pedagogy

Job Description:
Image laptops Add printers for staff Promethean boards
- calibration, connectivity, pens and answer questions Projectors
- Troubleshoot issue, change bulbs, general maintenance Desktops and monitors
- check cables and connectivity Laptops
- staff and students resolve basic issues such as making sure wireless is connected, applications are working, and assist with basic use of device. Troubleshoot hardware issues Inventory
- responsible for keeping inventory correct Help tickets
- responsible for working tickets, closing them and assigning hours to the tickets.
