The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and have experience working with diverse learning needs. Duties Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children. Support children in their learning processes, providing guidance and encouragement to foster their growth. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Engage with students during activities, ensuring all children are included and actively participating. Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop curriculum materials that meet educational standards and cater to various learning styles. Observe and document children’s progress, sharing insights with the lead teacher for effective lesson planning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Skills Experience working with children, particularly in daycare or private school settings. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning techniques. Ability to work effectively with students on the autism spectrum and those with diverse learning needs. Strong skills in math and other educational subjects relevant to early childhood education. Experience in toddler care, demonstrating patience and understanding of young children’s developmental stages. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
