The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the growth and development of our students through engaging educational activities and a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and creativity. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and respected. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Requirements Proven experience in preschool education or related fields such as nannying or daycare settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education. First aid certification is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is essential. Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage behaviors effectively. Experience working with toddlers and young children is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and staff. A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
