Job Description:
We are in search of a child loving educator to join our esteemed team as an Assistant Teacher/Substitute Teacher/Aftercare Teacher. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in child care, demonstrating the ability to adeptly interact with both students and parents.
Key responsibilities encompass:
Assist overseeing a classroom with a capacity of up to 20 students. Co-Designing and executing enriching activities to foster student growth. Ensuring the safety, security, and holistic wellbeing of each student. Collaborating closely with the Lead Teacher and fellow staff members. Successfully passing a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Qualifications:
Attainment of a high school diploma or its equivalent. A minimum of 2+ years’ experience within a childcare role. Proficiency in maintaining composed and effective interactions with students and parents. Strong acumen for classroom leadership and management. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with polished interpersonal aptitude.
