Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with IEPs. Help with classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom setting. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. Requirements Experience in a classroom setting or working with children is preferred. The ability to engage students effectively. Knowledge of learning difference and strategies for supporting diverse learners. Familiarity with IEPs and special education practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
