We’re currently hiring for the following positions: Afternoon Assistant Teachers (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) Full-Time Assistant Teachers (Start at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, one-hour lunch break, work until 5:00 PM) All team members are required to attend a monthly meeting from 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a nurturing classroom environment, and providing exceptional care for children from birth to age 5. What You’ll Do:

Help implement daily activities and lesson plans Assist with classroom management and organization Support with meals, diapering, potty training, and transitions Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers Collaborate with your team to create a fun, safe, and educational environment Attend monthly staff meetings to stay informed and connected

What We’re Looking For:

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Experience with children ages birth to 5 is preferred—but not required; we’re happy to train the right person Strong communication and teamwork skills A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to learn CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Must meet all background check and licensing requirements If you’re ready to be part of a caring community where your work truly matters, apply today—we can’t wait to meet you!
