Overview:

Duties:

• Create engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of students
• Implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and growth
• Utilize behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior in the classroom

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, private schools, or tutoring
• Knowledge of literacy education and early childhood development principles
