In this position, you assist the primary classroom teacher with activities and learning exercises and help them maintain a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for all students. Depending on needs and class sizes, you may take small groups of students aside for separate activities. You also help maintain student records of behavior and progress and keep parents up-to-date on their child’s development and learning.
