• Job Summary:

• We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team. As an ECE Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment for young children to learn and grow. • Duties:

• Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Implementing developmentally age-appropriate lesson plans Providing care and support for toddlers Managing classroom behavior effectively Developing engaging curriculum activities Educating children on early childhood development principles Ensuring a healthy classroom environment to maintain appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards Promoting healthy family relationships that encourage family involvement Maintaining accurate records, forms, and files Adhere to all DHS state regulations and requirements Maintain a professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary by the facility director Requirements •

Requirements:
