The ideal candidate is hands-on, flexible, and eager to help children thrive through curiosity, exploration, and play.

Responsibilities:

Support lead teacher in daily classroom routines Assist with diapering, potty training, and snack/lunch time Sanitize toys and learning materials regularly Help manage transitions, clean tables, and maintain a tidy classroom Encourage positive behavior and model kindness Participate in outdoor play and nature-based learning (2-3 hours/day, weather permitting) Assist with creative planning, scrapbooking, and parent communications

Requirements:

First Aid & CPR Certified (or willing to certify through PDO) Background check & Safe Sanctuary Certified (training provided) Patient, reliable, detail-oriented, and supportive Comfortable being active outdoors in all safe weather Flexible, teachable, and eager to contribute to a team environment
