Victory Christian Academy is seeking Teacher Assistants to support lead teachers in delivering instruction and managing the classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.

Qualifications:

• Patience, flexibility, and a heart for children.
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
