Paraeducator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 80 Memorial Avenue, Manchester Center, VT 05255 Manchester Elementary Middle School seeks a Paraeducator to work with students in grades K-8 for the 2025/2026 school year! The Paraeducator performs a variety of instructional and/or support duties to assist the school and teachers in instruction, supervision, and education of students in groups or in one-on-one teacher to student ratios. The Paraeducator supports students in all aspects of their education by supporting an environment conducive to learning. As a positive and nurturing member of the school team, this position understands and attends to a variety of students academic, social, emotional, and behavior needs. The Paraeducator supports school teams in the implementation of teaching plans and/or services for individual students as per the students Individual Education Plan and/or programs designed by a teacher or other professional as directed. Paraeducators work under the day-to-day direction of the staff member(s) supported including the classroom teacher, special education teacher, SLP, OT, PT, and under the direct supervision of the Principal. Teachers and/or special education personnel provide specific directions and oversight for supervision and/or instructional support.
