Para Pro Infants – K4 Classroom 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Opelika, AL 36801 Supervise children at all times. Provide a safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines. Assist in facilitating lesson plans and activities working with children in small groups. Assist children with bathroom needs to include potty training as needed and change diapers following all diaper changing procedures. Accurately document daily eating, diapering and naps. Treat all children with dignity and respect, speaking to them one on one in a calm manner. Be sensitive to children’s feelings and responsive to their needs. Provide a nurturing, caring environment. Model good social skills to help children develop appropriate social behavior. Communicate professionally with parents, supervisors, and co-workers.
