Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Utilize learning technologies and resources to enhance the tutoring experience
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and motivation
• Monitor and track students’ academic performance and provide feedback on areas of improvement “`

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience working with students of all ages, from preschool to adult education
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Familiarity with learning technologies and online tutoring platforms
