Lauderdale, Pompano etc Bright Starts Tutoring and Educational Services 3680 NW 59th Place, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 We are an in-home tutoring service and are looking for qualified individuals with great organization skills as well as patience. At this time, we are tutoring children in foster-care who need educational support of year round schooling. • Must be 18 year of age or older
• Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching students from grade levels K-12 or above.
• A.A. degree or higher in education, mental health, law, or science, from a college or university
• Outstanding organization skills, punctual, excellent communication skills, problem solver, and a great team player.
• Computer knowledge
• Able to commit for at least 4 months or more.
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexibility with days and times for tutoring the students
• Ability to meet strict deadlines for required documentation

It will be reviewed by our hiring administrator. The children receive anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours of tutoring per week. It is up to you to organize those hours with the caregivers. This way, you may obtain more students. Tutors document every session on an online program.
