Driver’s License Written Exam Tutor 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Brighton, FL About Us At One on One Learning, we provide customized academic support for K-12 students, specializing in foundational literacy, math, and test prep . We believe in scaffolded learning and creating engaging, personalized experiences that foster growth. Position Overview We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students in their homes or at school/reservation sites. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner’s needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques . Responsibilities Deliver individualized, in-home tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery . Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence. Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (required). Strong knowledge of the material covered on the driver’s license written exam (e.g., road signs, traffic laws, safety rules). Ability to teach test-taking strategies and explain DMV handbook content in a clear, engaging way. Experience working with teens or young adults in a tutoring or instructional setting. Excellent reading comprehension skills and ability to support students who may struggle with retaining written material. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Passion for helping students gain confidence and successfully pass their written driving exam. Schedule & Pay Flexible hours 4 hours a week $25 an hour Why Join Us?
