(after school hours) Ideal tutor candidate must have/be: Bachelor’s degree or above FUN, skilled, creative, compassionate, intuitive, encouraging tutor Versed in best practices and instruction for core subjecs (math, ELA, science, social studies), for elementary aged students 1-2 years of experience working with students Responsibilities Provide individualized tutoring sessions in core subjects to enhance student understanding and performance. Implement engaging lesson plans and curricula tailored to students’ needs. Utilize learning technology to facilitate effective teaching and learning experiences. Manage session dynamics and foster a positive learning environment for students of varying ages. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
