About the Role Tutoring Operations Leads play a key role in keeping NetTutor running smoothly and efficiently. From tracking tutor performance and schedules to ensuring students get timely, high-quality support, this role is all about attention to detail, collaboration, and operational excellence. They support both the people and processes behind our 24/7 academic support services. Daily Responsibilities Support the daily operations of our 24/7 tutoring services Monitor and report on KPIs related to session quality and responsiveness Coordinate tutor schedules, appointments, and related logistics Maintain accurate internal records and assist with recurring reporting Collaborate with team and partners to ensure smooth, student-centered service delivery Our Ideal Candidate You take pride in doing meaningful work with care and precision. Position Requirements 3+ years of experience as an online tutor or supervisor in a tutoring or learning center Strong customer service and communication skills Solid troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail Able to think on your feet and solve problems independently Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong sense of accountability and pride in your work Must be able to work on-site in Tampa, FL during business hours (not a remote position) Benefits Benefit options may be available based on eligibility.
