The ideal candidate is patient, engaging, and skilled at breaking down complex math concepts in ways students can understand. This role involves working with students one-on-one or in small groups to build confidence, boost grades, and improve test scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized or small-group tutoring in high school math (Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calc) Identify student learning gaps and tailor instruction accordingly Assign and review practice problems to reinforce concepts Prepare students for EOCs, SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests Track student progress and communicate with parents or staff Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in high school math (Algebra, Geometry, etc.) Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills Graduate student, or certified teachers welcome Availability on weekday afternoons or

Saturdays Preferred Qualifications:
