We offer structured, semi-private tutoring sessions (1 to 4 students per tutor) tailored by grade level and subject. We are currently hiring for our Hialeah location , and we are looking for compassionate, patient, and Spanish-fluent tutors who are available weekdays from 4 PM to 9 PM .

About This Location:

This location serves primarily the ESOL community —immigrant students who are learning English and need strong support in their academic journey. You must be extremely clear and patient in your teaching and be able to communicate effectively in Spanish with both students and parents. If you cannot read, write, or speak Spanish fluently , you will not be considered for this position.

Role Requirements:

Must be available Monday-Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish Must have at least some tutoring, mentoring, or volunteer experience with children Must be responsible, professional, punctual, and committed to a 12-month contract Must live within a reasonable distance from the Hialeah location and have reliable transportation This is not a summer-only position—we do not offer short-term contracts High school juniors/seniors are welcome to apply. College students may be considered for other locations
