Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Montessori-based tutoring to students in various locations.
• Create engaging and customized learning experiences tailored to each student’s needs.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays, to accommodate students’ availability.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with access to your own transportation.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
• Conduct background checks and maintain a clean record.
• Work independently while adhering to our educational philosophy.
• Utilize computer knowledge for lesson planning and tracking student progress.
• Act in the best interest of the company and protect the owner’s vision and values.

Qualifications:

• Montessori training and certification.
• Exceptional skills in working with children and fostering their educational growth.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the tutoring process.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to different learning environments.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $30.00 per hour.
