www.topscoreedu.com. The Position We are hiring part-time SAT/ACT Tutors to deliver exceptional in-home tutoring in the Miami/South Florida area for the 2025-2026 school year. Sessions are scheduled after school (weekdays, 4-10 PM) and on weekends, providing flexible hours to fit your schedule. Key Responsibilities Deliver 120-minute private, in-home SAT/ACT tutoring sessions to students in the Miami metro area. Create customized lesson plans to address individual student needs and learning goals. Maintain consistent, positive communication with parents and students to build trust and rapport. Collaborate with the Top Score team to track student progress and refine tutoring strategies. Complete 50-60 hours of paid training to ensure you’re equipped with the best tools and strategies for success. Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience tutoring the SAT and/or ACT. A 95th percentile or higher SAT/ACT score. Passionate about building positive, supportive relationships with students and families. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and process adherence. Excellent communicator, responsive, and committed to collaborative teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay :

Starting at $50-$80/hour, with potential to earn up to $100/hour based on experience and tenure.

Travel Bonus :

Additional compensation for travel exceeding 30 minutes to student homes.
