STARTS TUTORING AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED
- Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching students from grade levels K-12 or above.
- A.A. degree or higher in education, mental health, law, or science, from a college or university
- Outstanding organization skills, punctual, excellent communication skills, problem solver, and a great team player.
- Computer knowledge
- Able to commit for at least 3 months or more.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexibility with days and times for tutoring the students
- Ability to meet strict deadlines for required documentation
- Able to attend company orientation/training sessions
- Teachers are welcomed to apply

Develop personalized learning plans based on students’ needs and goals. Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching methods and engage students. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a conducive learning environment. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student progress. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
