Club Z! Tutoring of Southeast Orlando is hiring a dedicated and experienced ESE-certified tutor to provide in-person, one-on-one tutoring for two siblings, a 2nd-grade student with dyslexia and ADHD and a Kindergarten student with no special learning needs. Sessions will take place at Alafaya Branch Library. The primary focus is reading instruction using evidence-based and multisensory strategies tailored to the student’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized reading instruction aligned with the student’s learning needs and IEP goals Use structured, evidence-based approaches for students with dyslexia and ADHD. Support and reinforce foundational literacy skills: phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding, fluency, and comprehension Create a positive, encouraging, and patient learning environment Maintain consistent progress tracking and communicate with parents or guardians as needed Commit to a regular tutoring schedule (2-3 sessions/week)
Qualifications:
Current Florida ESE Certification (Exceptional Student Education) or a bachelor’s degree in ESE. Proven experience working with children with dyslexia and/or ADHD Strong knowledge of early literacy development and interventions Ability to work in-person at the Alafaya Branch library in Orlando, FL 32826 Reliable transportation and punctuality.
