They are using a curriculum called Apologia Physical Science. The students are 13 and 15 years old. The position would begin the week of August 18th. However, there will be a trial session this summer. The tutor must have at least a decade of experience working with science in the middle and high school grades. The tutor must have reliable transportation and be available in the afternoons between Tuesday- Friday. It would be beneficial if the tutor had experience with students who have learning challenges but it is not mandatory. In addition, the tutor should have a Florida Teaching Certification.
