Tutors Needed in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas Bright Starts Tutoring and Educational Services 16280 East Aintree Drive, Loxahatchee, FL 33470 We are an in-home tutoring service and are looking for qualified individuals with great organization skills as well as patience. At this time, we are tutoring children in foster-care who need educational support of year round schooling. • Must be 20 year of age or older
• Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching students from grade levels K-12 or above.
• A.A. degree or higher in education, mental health, law, or science, from a college or university
• Outstanding organization skills, punctual, excellent communication skills, problem solver, and a great team player.
• Computer knowledge
• Able to commit for at least 4 months or more.
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to meet strict deadlines for required documentation

It will be reviewed by our hiring administrator. The children receive anywhere between 2 to 3 hours of tutoring per week. It is up to the tutor to organize those hours with the caregivers. This way, you may obtain more students. Tutors document every session on an online program. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Develop personalized curriculum based on students’ learning needs and goals. Utilize learning technology to enhance teaching effectiveness and engagement. Manage in-person dynamics and ensure a conducive learning environment. Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student requirements. Collaborate with parents and educators to track student progress and address any concerns promptly.
