Responsibilities:

Provide personalized tutoring sessions or organized classes tailored to individual students’ needs and learning styles. Help students develop strong foundational skills in reading, math, and writing through engaging activities and exercises. Assess students’ current abilities and create customized learning plans to address their specific areas of improvement. Monitor and track students’ progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure comprehension and retention. Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning and confidence in their academic abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching Certificate, Child Development, or related field. Proven experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting. Experience working with diverse student populations. Strong knowledge of elementary or middle school-level reading, math, and writing curriculum and instructional strategies. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with students and their families. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for helping young learners succeed academically. Familiarity with educational technologies and resources.
