Child Tutor Tite White Logistics LLC Macon, GA 31206 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with students of various ages. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment, utilizing effective classroom management techniques, and implementing engaging curriculum development strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects. Develop and implement personalized learning plans that align with curriculum standards. Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance the tutoring experience. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure understanding and retention of material. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to discuss progress and address any concerns. Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and motivation. Assist in classroom management to maintain an organized and productive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred; experience in early childhood education is highly desirable. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly preschool or elementary levels. Strong skills in curriculum development and the ability to adapt materials for diverse learners. Proficient in using learning technology tools to facilitate instruction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students effectively. A passion for educating young minds and helping them achieve their academic goals. $24.10 – $100.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week
Schedule:
After school Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
