MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or higher Certified Teacher GOAL Provides academic support and instruction to students in need of additional help in one or more subject areas. The tutor will work closely with teachers and school staff to reinforce classroom learning, improve student performance, and support individualized education goals.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in specific subjects. i.e. Math, Reading and Science Reinforce classroom instruction and help students master academic material. Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify students needing tutoring support. Maintain accurate records of students’ sessions and academic progress. Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic potential. Create a supportive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Follow all school policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
