Offer childcare support when needed, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for younger students. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. Skills Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Strong skills in curriculum development and lesson planning to create engaging educational experiences. Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to enhance instruction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and parents. Ability to educate with patience and creativity, fostering a love for learning. Competence in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly environment.
