Duties:

• Provide individual or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student.
• Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
• Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share resources and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students or children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of students.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn.
• Familiarity with preschool or adult education programs is a plus.
