General Definition of Work The Tutor, under general supervision, performs instructional work with minimal decision-making discretion related to implementing a supplemental instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides, and encourages students to support and fulfill their academic goals. Employee performs school-based work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the principal. Salary/Status Flat Rate Hourly/Part-time, 9 months Reports To Principal Place of Work The normal place of work is on the premises used by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
