Educator-Tutor Position Available In Nash, North Carolina

Educator-Tutor Dynamik Learning Rocky Mount, NC 27804 Dynamik Learning is seeking teachable, creative Tutors in all subject areas to work in a k-12 setting with students in order to improve their academic performance. Tutors will assist both struggling and gifted students; they will guide students toward good study habits either one-on-one or through group sessions. The Dynamik Learning Team endeavors to deliver compassionate services and to motivate students to work hard and do their individual best. Tutors are responsible for helping students to understand different subjects. They assess, assist, and encourage the students in the learning processes. These professionals also review materials used in classes, explain various topics, and answer all the doubts and questions of the students regarding that topic. Their functions are a supplementation to classroom teaching. Tutors will perform many of the following tasks: Developing student´s skills. Helping students to improve their learning process. Detecting the specific needs of each student. Teaching supplementary lessons. Creating reports. Skills Being able to work well with students from different backgrounds. Having good sense of humor. Being able to reinforce study skills. Having good written and verbal communication skills. Being able to motivate others. Having time management skills.
