We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our Raptor Care team, providing quality after school care for our students. This role involves supervising students, assisting with homework, tutoring, and creating a safe, positive environment during the after-school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students in a safe and supportive environment after school hours Assist students with homework completion and provide tutoring support as needed Manage student behavior to maintain a respectful and orderly atmosphere Engage students in constructive activities and promote positive social interactions Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding student progress or concerns Follow all school policies and procedures related to after school care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Experience working with children in an educational or care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage groups of students with patience and professionalism Basic tutoring skills and homework assistance ability Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Hours:

2:30 until 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (exact hours may vary)
