Brick Math is a Lego based instructional system that teaches kids hands on learning in math concepts.

The ideal candidate will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and providing individualized support to students. This role is essential in fostering an engaging atmosphere conducive to learning and growth. Responsibilities Assist teachers in the preparation and execution of lesson plans, ensuring alignment with educational standards. Support classroom management by helping to maintain a structured and respectful environment. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students, focusing on subjects such as Algebra and Microbiology. Facilitate activities that promote scientific research skills and standardized testing preparation. Implement Montessori principles to enhance student engagement and learning experiences. Collaborate with educators on instructional design to meet diverse student needs. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding academic performance and behavior. Assist in organizing classroom materials and resources for effective teaching. Qualifications Experience or knowledge in lesson planning and classroom management is preferred. Familiarity with Montessori education methods is a plus. Strong understanding of Algebra, scientific research methodologies, and Microbiology concepts. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in tutoring or educational support roles is advantageous but not required.
