Competitive, Based on Experience Connected Health Care is seeking a qualified Special Education or General Education Teacher to provide homebound instruction for a student in Amherst, NH . This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one academic support for a student unable to attend school in person.

Position Details:

Provide instruction in all core general education subjects Work closely with the school district and family to align with current curriculum and goals Track student progress, attendance, and engagement Instruction to take place in the student’s home, 3x/week for 1 hour per session

Qualifications:
