Job Description
Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans for children. Develop, and encourage early reading and language skills through storytelling, play-pretend, interactive reading, and vocabularybuilding activities. Provide support with homework, assignments, and projects, ensuring understanding and timely completion. Track and assess child’s progress, making necessaryadjustments to enhance comprehension and retention while incorporating engaging, interactive techniques to make learning both effective and enjoyable. Enrich lessons by organizing visits to libraries, museums, and other educational spaces, fostering curiosity and reinforcing real-world connections to classroom learning. Work closely with parents to create strategies that encourage continued learning beyond tutoring sessions. Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment by managing behavior in accordance with established guidelines. Keep detailed records of academic progress and provide feedback to inform future lesson planning.
