Role Overview We’re seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing ELA Teacher with proven experience teaching reading and writing to young children. The ideal candidate will bring energy, warmth, and genuine passion to the classroom, inspiring elementary students to excel in language arts. You’ll use our teaching materials to engage students for lessons, foster literacy skills, and create a supportive environment where every child feels valued. Key Responsibilities Deliver dynamic, standards-aligned ELA lessons focused on reading comprehension, creative writing, phonics, grammar, and vocabulary Use differentiated strategies to meet diverse learning needs and foster growth in literacy Incorporate diverse children’s literature, writing workshops, and hands-on activities to make learning interactive and joyful Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations Provide timely, constructive feedback to support skill development and build confidence Create a supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected, inspiring curiosity, confident exploration, and a love for language. Partner with parents through regular updates Qualifications & RequirementsMandatory Requirements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or related field Valid teaching certification for elementary education Demonstrated experience teaching reading and writing to children (grade 4-8) Essential Qualities Passion for inspiring young learners and fostering literacy skills Exceptional affinity with children and nurturing approach Patience and adaptability in teaching approaches Why Join Our Team? $35.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
