Sports & Exercise Tutor / Coach NeverStopMoving365 Lancaster Lancaster, PA We are looking to grow our team of energetic, nurturing, highly motivated Youth Sports and Exercise Instructors. If you have an athletic background and enjoy working with children ages 2-16 and are exploring an education major or related health/science field we are a good fit for you! We help children of all abilities develop sports skills and fitness passions, increase their confidence, get their energy out, build character and teach growth mindset lessons through movement. To be successful as a youth exercise instructor as a part of our NSM365 Team you should demonstrate patience and enthusiasm, have reliable transportation as we service clients at their residences, and be able to motivate students to accomplish their goals. Ultimately, an exceptional Instructor will be able to communicate effectively with age-appropriate language with their clients, and professionally with parents, and be able to inspire and challenge clients to be the healthiest, fittest version of themself.

Job Responsibilities:

Writing lesson plans for each workout session suitable to the child’s goals and abilities. Motivating the child to complete the lesson plan in a nurturing way while having fun. Building rapport with clients and 365FitFamilies as we grow on word of mouth.

Qualifications:

Experience working with Children Your own/reliable means of transportation Willing to be CPR/First Aid certified and fingerprinted for
