Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree and teaching experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling all tutoring sessions, communication with parents and teachers, clerical work, supervising tutors, being a resource for tutors, and tutoring a few clients him/herself. Candidates must be very organized, have strong communication skills, have various teaching experience and skills, be flexible, handle stress well, and have a positive attitude. Experience with the following a plus (but not required): Zoom, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and QuickBooks. Education and Testing Solutions is open year-round. During the school year, the Coordinator works Mondays through Thursdays about 12:30 – 6:30 (some flexibility). During the summer months, the Coordinator works Monday and Wednesday afternoons and Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The Coordinator is given a work cell phone and some scheduling and parent communication may be required outside of tutoring center hours. ETS is located on the Pinewood Preparatory School campus and is open to the public. We tutor all grades and all subjects as well as provide some online tutoring. We have a staff of approximately 12 tutors and work with 45 to 60 students. This job begins in June. Training is provided.
