Summary As a Tutor at Huntington Learning Center, you will play a vital role in guiding students towards academic success. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum goals. Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment. Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their academic skills. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and progress. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred. Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning atmosphere. Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that meet diverse learning needs. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
