Youth Football Referee Elite Officials Network Hendry County, FL About Us Elite Officials Network (EON) is a premier officiating organization dedicated to providing high-quality officiating services for youth sports across Florida. Built on a foundation of excellence, development, and professionalism , EON is proud to be a trusted provider of trained referees and clock operators for youth football games throughout the region. Position Overview We’re seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable individuals to join our team as Football Officials . You’ll play a key role in ensuring games are played fairly, safely, and according to the rules , while upholding the integrity of youth football in Florida.
Key Responsibilities Game Management:
Control the flow of the game and ensure all aspects run smoothly.
Rule Enforcement:
Make decisive, fair calls in accordance with league rules and national guidelines.
Player Safety:
Monitor and respond to unsafe situations or behaviors.
Communication:
Work closely with fellow officials, coaches, and players to ensure a respectful and clear game environment.
Pre-Game Prep:
Participate in training, review rulebooks, and attend pre-game briefings.
Equipment Check:
Verify all player equipment complies with safety standards.
Professional Growth:
Engage in ongoing learning and development sessions. Qualifications Strong understanding of football rules and officiating mechanics (training provided for beginners). Physically capable of keeping up with fast-paced gameplay. Excellent attention to detail and strong judgment. Clear, assertive verbal communication. Previous officiating experience preferred—but not required . Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
