The role involves constant monitoring of the playground and green space, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies in a calm and efficient manner. Referees are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and equipment functionality.

Responsibilities Surveillance and Safety Monitoring:

Maintain constant surveillance of children and guests on the playground and surrounding areas. Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to injuries or emergencies. Enforce safety and facility rules to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment for all guests. Communicate effectively with guests regarding improper use of equipment and unsafe activities.

Facility Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Inspect the facility regularly and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs. Ensure that first aid kits and cleanup stations kits are stocked and readily available. Maintain cleanliness of the playground and seating areas, including picking up trash and organizing furniture. Customer Service Greet and interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner. Help guest with the check in process Address customer concerns or complaints about safety or facility conditions and relay them to management when necessary. Offer guidance to children regarding their skills and equipment usage. Requirements Previous experience working with children or in a similar role is a plus. CPR and First Aid Certification required. Ability to stay focused and vigilant for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure. Ability to lift or move individuals in need, potentially more than 100 lbs. Able to stand and work in outdoor conditions for long periods of time.
