Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Zipline Facilitator to join our team and ensure the safe and enjoyable operation of our zipline course. The Zipline Facilitator will be responsible for assisting participants with gear, providing safety instructions, and monitoring zipline activities to maintain a fun and secure environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in first aid and CPR preferred
• Previous experience working in outdoor recreational settings or adventure sports
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of participants
• Excellent attention to detail and focus on safety protocols
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable with heights and able to work at elevated levels

Responsibilities:

• Assist participants with harnessing and safety equipment before ziplining
• Provide thorough safety briefings and instructions to participants
• Monitor zipline activities to ensure compliance with safety guidelines
• Respond promptly and effectively to any participant concerns or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of zipline gear and equipment
• Conduct regular safety checks of zipline course and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall participant experience
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding zipline operations
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay current on safety protocols and best practices
