Athletic Director Position Purpose:
To further the values of the camp through the development and delivery of sports activities that are safe, fun, and appropriate to the campers’ age and abilities. Assist in the management of the sports facilities and related equipment and supplies. Development and delivery of the sports program that is appropriate for the age and ability of the campers. Evaluation of abilities of campers and staff so that lessons are appropriate and will allow campers to be successful. Monitoring of the progress of skills of each camper. Set-up of sports areas so that they are ready for campers prior to their arrival at activity.
