Position:
Girls’ B Basketball Coach
Location:
Charlotte Central School (CCS)
Charlotte Central School is seeking a Girls B Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching Basketball and a commitment to fostering a positive team experience.
Season Duration:
November 17th•February 17th
Practice Schedule:
Weekdays, 3:00 PM•4:30 PM or 4:30 PM•6:00 PM
Game Schedule:
Games are at 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm primarily on TU / TH
Responsibilities:
Organize and supervise daily practices and scheduled games.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in basketball coaching and/or playing.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Compensation:
This position is classified as a “Category B activity” under the co-curricular contract, with compensation determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
